Refund and Returns

Return and Refund policy

1. For all return requests please email us on hello@fancykids.com.au and we’ll contact you with postage instructions.
2. Please email us on hello@fancykids.com.au about any faulty within 48hrs of receiving the parcel. Please send us clear images of the faulty. We will assess the damage and arrange a replacement for you.
3. We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
4. If you have any issue with the sizing we can exchange your items with the correct size .  Exchange will be issued in the original design you have ordered initially. 
5. You should return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
6. You should send your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item. 
7. The item must be in original condition unworn, unused, unwashed with all the original tags and labels attached.
8. Gift packs must be in original packaging, hygiene protectors in place for swimwear.
9. Store credit or refund will be issued only for the value of the product. Shipping cost will not be added to your refund.
10. Customer is responsible for any cost associated with returning and exchanging items including return postage and re shipping postage.
11. Please do not return items without contacting us on hello@fancykids.com.au.
12.  We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items hygiene reasons:

• Hair accessories 
• Earrings and Jewellery 
• Underwear and undergarments
